Claim your River Vial at the in-game shop. Pour the contents into the river to transform it for 10 minutes. Transforming the river will consume one charge from your Armory supply, however no charges will be used if the item is sold, dropped, or destroyed during a game. Only one Vial can affect the river at a time.
